One week after the Disciples saw JESUS resurrected they went back to work. What work? Their work.
JESUS had called them to work for Him and forget the past. The evidence the past was gone was that even the fish had no respect
for their old craft.
The fish JESUS is looking for is men. Men to come follow Him. That is our job. Our old job is gone. It will no longer produce.

4 But when the day was now breaking, Jesus stood on the beach, yet the disciples did not know that it was Jesus.
5 Jesus therefore said to them,
“Boys, you do not have any fish, do you?”
They answered him,
“No.”6 And He said to them,
“Cast the net on the right-hand side of the boat, and you will find a catch.”
They cast therefore, and then they were not able to haul it in because of the great number of fish.
7 That disciple therefore whom Jesus loved said to Peter,
“It is our Lord.”
