Psalms 62,1 For the Leader; for Jeduthun. A Psalm of David.
62,2 Only for God doth my soul wait in stillness; from Him cometh my salvation.
62,3 He only is my rock and my salvation, my high tower, I shall not be greatly moved. 62,4 How long will ye set upon a man, that ye may slay him, all of you, {N} as a leaning wall, a tottering fence?
62,5 They only devise to thrust him down from his height, delighting in lies; {N} they bless with their mouth, but they curse inwardly. Selah
62,6 Only for God wait thou in stillness, my soul; for from Him cometh my hope.

TheJul2Bible/Genesis

Genesis 29,2 And he looked, and behold a well in the field, and, lo, three flocks of sheep lying there by it.–For out of that well they watered the flocks. And the stone upon the well’s mouth was great. 29,3 And thither were all the flocks gathered; and they rolled the stone from the well’s mouth, and watered the sheep, and put the stone back upon the well’s mouth in its place.– 29,4 And Jacob said unto them: ‘My brethren, whence are ye?’ And they said: ‘Of Haran are we.’ 29,5 And he said unto them: ‘Know ye Laban the son of Nahor?’ And they said: ‘We know him.’ 29,6 And he said unto them: ‘Is it well with him?’ And they said: ‘It is well; and, behold, Rachel his daughter cometh with the sheep.’ 29,7 And he said: ‘Lo, it is yet high day, neither is it time that the cattle should be gathered together; water ye the sheep, and go and feed them.’ 29,8 And they said: ‘We cannot, until all the flocks be gathered together, and they roll the stone from the well’s mouth; then we water the sheep.’ 29,9 While he was yet speaking with them, Rachel came with her father’s sheep; for she tended them. 29,10 And it came to pass, when Jacob saw Rachel the daughter of Laban his mother’s brother, and the sheep of Laban his mother’s brother, that Jacob went near, and rolled the stone from the well’s mouth, and watered the flock of Laban his mother’s brother. 29,11 And Jacob kissed Rachel, and lifted up his voice, and wept. 29,12 And Jacob told Rachel that he was her father’s brother, and that he was Rebekah’s son; and she ran and told her father. 29,13 And it came to pass, when Laban heard the tidings of Jacob his sister’s son, that he ran to meet him, and embraced him, and kissed him, and brought him to his house. And he told Laban all these things. 29,14 And Laban said to him: ‘Surely thou art my bone and my flesh.’ And he abode with him the space of a month. 29,15 And Laban said unto Jacob: ‘Because thou art my brother, shouldest thou therefore serve me for nought? tell me, what shall thy wages be?’ 29,16 Now Laban had two daughters: the name of the elder was Leah, and the name of the younger was Rachel. 29,17 And Leah’s eyes were weak; but Rachel was of beautiful form and fair to look upon. 29,18 And Jacob loved Rachel; and he said: ‘I will serve thee seven years for Rachel thy younger daughter.’

TheJul2Bible/Isaiah

Isaiah 15,5 My heart crieth out for Moab; her fugitives reach unto Zoar, a heifer of three years old; for by the ascent of Luhith with weeping they go up; for in the way of Horonaim they raise up a cry of destruction. 15,6 For the Waters of Nimrim shall be desolate; for the grass is withered away, the herbage faileth, there is no green thing. 15,7 Therefore the abundance they have gotten, and that which they have laid up, shall they carry away to the brook of the willows. 15,8 For the cry is gone round about the borders of Moab; the howling thereof unto Eglaim, and the howling thereof unto Beer-elim. 15,9 For the waters of Dimon are full of blood; for I will bring yet more upon Dimon, a lion upon him that escapeth of Moab, and upon the remnant of the land. 16,1 Send ye the lambs for the ruler of the land from the crags that are toward the wilderness, unto the mount of the daughter of Zion. 16,2 For it shall be that, as wandering birds, as a scattered nest, so shall the daughters of Moab be at the fords of Arnon. 16,3 ‘Give counsel, execute justice; make thy shadow as the night in the midst of the noonday; hide the outcasts; betray not the fugitive. 16,4 Let mine outcasts dwell with thee; as for Moab, be thou a covert to him from the face of the spoiler.’ For the extortion is at an end, spoiling ceaseth, they that trampled down are consumed out of the land; {S} 16,5 And a throne is established through mercy, and there sitteth thereon in truth, in the tent of David, one that judgeth, and seeketh justice, and is ready in righteousness. 16,6 We have heard of the pride of Moab; he is very proud; even of his haughtiness, and his pride, and his arrogancy, his ill-founded boastings. 16,7 Therefore shall Moab wail for Moab, every one shall wail; for the sweet cakes of Kir-hareseth shall ye mourn, sorely stricken. 16,8 For the fields of Heshbon languish, and the vine of Sibmah, whose choice plants did overcome the lords of nations; they reached even unto Jazer, they wandered into the wilderness; her branches were spread abroad, they passed over the sea. 16,9 Therefore I will weep with the weeping of Jazer for the vine of Sibmah; I will water thee with my tears, O Heshbon, and Elealeh; for upon thy summer fruits and upon thy harvest the battle shout is fallen. 16,10 And gladness and joy are taken away out of the fruitful field; and in the vineyards there shall be no singing, neither shall there be shouting; no treader shall tread out wine in the presses; I have made the vintage shout to cease. 16,11 Wherefore my heart moaneth like a harp for Moab, and mine inward parts for Kir-heres. 16,12 And it shall come to pass, when it is seen that Moab hath wearied himself upon the high place, that he shall come to his sanctuary to pray; but he shall not prevail. {S} 16,13 This is the word that the LORD spoke concerning Moab in time past. 16,14 But now the LORD hath spoken, saying: ‘Within three years, as the years of a hireling, and the glory of Moab shall wax contemptible for all his great multitude; and the remnant shall be very small and without strength.’ {P}
17,1 The burden of Damascus. Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap. 17,2 The cities of Aroer are forsaken; they shall be for flocks, which shall lie down, and none shall make them afraid. 17,3 The fortress also shall cease from Ephraim, and the kingdom from Damascus; and the remnant of Aram shall be as the glory of the children of Israel, saith the LORD of hosts. {P}
17,4 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the glory of Jacob shall be made thin, and the fatness of his flesh shall wax lean. 17,5 And it shall be as when the harvestman gathereth the standing corn, and reapeth the ears with his arm; yea, it shall be as when one gleaneth ears in the valley of Rephaim. 17,6 Yet there shall be left therein gleanings, as at the beating of an olive-tree, two or three berries in the top of the uppermost bough, four or five in the branches of the fruitful tree, saith the LORD, the God of Israel. 17,7 In that day shall a man regard his Maker, and his eyes shall look to the Holy One of Israel.

TheJul2Bible/Daniel

Daniel 2,40 And the fourth kingdom shall be strong as iron; forasmuch as iron breaketh in pieces and beateth down all things; and as iron that crusheth all these, shall it break in pieces and crush. 2,41 And whereas thou sawest the feet and toes, part of potters’ clay, and part of iron, it shall be a divided kingdom; but there shall be in it of the firmness of the iron, forasmuch as thou sawest the iron mixed with miry clay. 2,42 And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, so part of the kingdom shall be strong, and part thereof broken. 2,43 And whereas thou sawest the iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves by the seed of men; but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron doth not mingle with clay. 2,44 And in the days of those kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed; nor shall the kingdom be left to another people; it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, but it shall stand for ever. 2,45 Forasmuch as thou sawest that a stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it broke in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great God hath made known to the king what shall come to pass hereafter; and the dream is certain, and the interpretation thereof sure.’ {P}

TheJul2Bible/Luke

Luke 8,45 And Jesus said, Who touched me? When all denied, Peter and they that were with him said, Master, the multitude throng thee and press thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me?
46 And Jesus said, Somebody hath touched me: for I perceive that virtue is gone out of me.
47 And when the woman saw that she was not hid, she came trembling, and falling down before him, she declared unto him before all the people for what cause she had touched him, and how she was healed immediately.
48 And he said unto her, Daughter, be of good comfort: thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace.
49 While he yet spake, there cometh one from the ruler of the synagogue’s house, saying to him, Thy daughter is dead; trouble not the Master.
50 But when Jesus heard it, he answered him, saying, Fear not: believe only, and she shall be made whole.
51 And when he came into the house, he suffered no man to go in, save Peter, and James, and John, and the father and the mother of the maiden.
52 And all wept, and bewailed her: but he said, Weep not; she is not dead, but sleepeth. 53 And they laughed him to scorn, knowing that she was dead.
54 And he put them all out, and took her by the hand, and called, saying, Maid, arise.
55 And her spirit came again, and she arose straightway: and he commanded to give her meat.
56 And her parents were astonished: but he charged them that they should tell no man what was done.

“Upon the Commandment* of The Eternal One they were appointed” The Long Teaching #105

The Portion of Scriptures for Summer ths far centers on the duties of the members of the Kingdom.

As Christ is lining out the specifics to Moses, He orders an entire Army – the Tribe of Levi – the responsibility of spiritual warfare.

Three specific Divisions are assigned the duties of the infrastructure, the design, and the furnishing of the mobil Tabernacle in which He appears for Directing the 40-year campaign toward the Promise Land.

Does this speak to us of our responsibility in the body Christ? Most certainly! We do not all bear the same gifts, talents, skills. All are important as His Body functions on earth.

The Clan of Moses and Aaron specifically intercede for the rest of the Body. This Army includes all of the Priests and the High Priests. The war against spiritual wickedness had two fronts: the forward front was physical while the spiritual front demanded attention on another level. They work in synch.

Gershom and his family carried the materials which covered the main frame, which was the responsibility of the Merari Division. The Third Army – Kohat – handled the actual furnishings for the rituals of spiritual war.

“Upon the Commandment* of The Eternal One they were appointed.”

The Instructions for carrying out these orders were written. This is the plain sense of the Commandments (Mitzwoat). But Commandments* (*Peey) which were by word of mouth directly were not recorded.

These are the marching orders for you and for me. The command comes from the mouth of GOD HIMSELF. We hear with our spiritual ears. *Peey (Commandments, Lit. – mouth) are not audible. They are heard by the mind and heart (Lit. colon in Hebrew) combined.

Praying: Father in Heaven, Grand Commander-in-Chief, I know my assigment. Don’t let me settle for less, or more. Amen

TODAY’S TEXT: 7-1-2018 The Long Teaching #105
Numbers בְּמִדְבַּר
Chapter 4:41-49
41 These are they that were numbered of the families of the sons of Gershon, of all that did serve in the tent of meeting, whom Moses and Aaron numbered upon the commandment of The Eternal One.
42 And those that were numbered of the families of the sons of Merari, by their families, by their fathers’ houses,
43 from thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old, every one that entered upon the service, for service in the tent of meeting,
44 even those that were numbered of them by their families, were three thousand and two hundred.
45 These are they that were numbered of the families of the sons of Merari, whom Moses and Aaron numbered according to the commandment of The Eternal One by the hand of Moses.
46 All those that were numbered of the Levites, whom Moses and Aaron and the princes of Israel numbered, by their families, and by their fathers’ houses,
47 from thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old, every one that entered in to do the work of service, and the work of bearing burdens in the tent of meeting,
48 even those that were numbered of them, were eight thousand and five hundred and fourscore.
49 Upon the commandment of The Eternal One they were appointed by the hand of Moses, every one to his service, and to his burden; they were also numbered, as The Eternal One commanded Moses. {P}

“The Mighty One arising to judgment” Today’s 5 Psalms Chapter 76

“The Mighty One arising to judgment”
Today’s 5 Psalms Chapter 76
1 For the Leader; with string-music.
A Psalm for Asaph, a Song.
2 In Judah is The Mighty One known; His name is great in Israel. 3 In Salem also is set His tabernacle, and His dwelling-place in Zion.
4 There He broke the fiery shafts of the bow; the shield, and the sword, and the war. Selah
5 Wonderful art Thou and excellent, coming down from the mountains of prey. 6 The stout-hearted are bereft of sense, they sleep their sleep; {N} and none of the men of might have found their hands.
7 At Thy rebuke, O Mighty One of Jacob, they are cast into a dead sleep, the riders also and the horses.
8 Thou, even Thou, art wonderful; and who may stand in Thy sight when once Thou art angry?
9 Thou didst cause sentence to be heard from heaven; the earth feared, and was still, 10 in The Mighty One arising to judgment, to save all the humble of the earth. Selah
11 Because the wrath of man shall praise Thee; the residue of wrath shalt Thou gird upon Thee.
12 Vow, and pay unto The Eternal One your Mighty One; all that are round about Him will bring presents unto Him that for honor;
13 He will minish the spirit of princes; He is fearful to the kings of the earth. {P}

“I will remember Thy wonders of old” Today’s 5 Psalms Chapter 77

“I will remember Thy wonders of old”
Today’s 5 Psalms Chapter 77
1 For the Leader; for Jeduthun.
A Psalm for Asaph.
2 I will lift up my voice unto The Mighty One, and cry; I will lift up my voice unto The Mighty One, that He may give ear unto me. 3 In the day of my trouble I seek my Sovereign; {N}
with my hand uplifted, [mine eye] streameth in the night without ceasing; my soul refuseth to be comforted.
4 Remembering The Mighty One, I must moan; when I muse thereon, my spirit fainteth. Selah
5 Thou holdest fast the lids of mine eyes; I am troubled, and cannot speak. 6 I have pondered the days of old, the years of ancient times.
7 In the night I will call to remembrance my song; I will commune with mine own mind; and my spirit maketh diligent search: 8 ‘Will my Sovereign cast off for ever?
And will He be favourable no more?
9 Is His loyalty clean gone for ever?
Is His promise come to an end for evermore?
10 Hath The Mighty One forgotten to pity?
Hath He in anger shut up his compassions?’
Selah
11 And I say:
‘This is my infirmity.’
Strong is The Most High.
12 I will make mention of the deeds of The Eternal One; yea, I will remember Thy wonders of old. 13 I will muse also upon all Thy work, and muse on Thy doings.’
14 O Mighty One, Thy way is in holiness; who is a great might like unto The Mighty One?
15 Thou art the The Mighty One that doest wonders; Thou hast made known Thy strength among the peoples. 16 Thou hast with Thine arm redeemed Thy people, the sons of Jacob and Joseph. Selah
17 The waters saw Thee, O Mighty One; the waters saw Thee, they were in pain; the depths also trembled.
18 The clouds flooded forth waters; the skies sent out a sound; Thine arrows also went abroad.
19 The voice of Thy thunder was in the whirlwind; the lightnings lighted up the world; the earth trembled and shook.
20 Thy way was in the sea, and Thy path in the great waters, and Thy footsteps were not known. 21 Thou didst lead Thy people like a flock, by the hand of Moses and Aaron. {P}

“That which we have heard and known” Psalms Chapter 78

“That which we have heard and known”
Psalms Chapter 78
1 Maschil for Asaph. {N}
Give ear, O my people, to my teaching; incline your ears to the words of my mouth.
2 I will open my mouth with a parable; I will utter dark sayings concerning days of old; 3 That which we have heard and known, and our fathers have told us,
4 We will not hide from their sons, telling to the generation to come the praises of the Eternal One, {N} and His strength, and His wondrous works that He hath done.
5 And He established a testimony in Jacob, and appointed a teaching in Israel, {N} which He commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their sons;
6 To the generation to come, know them, even the sons that should be born; who should arise and tell them to their sons,
7 and they might put their confidence in The Mighty One, and not forget the works of The Mighty One, but keep His commandments;
8 And they will not be as their fathers, a stubborn and rebellious generation; {N}
a generation that set not his mind aright, and whose spirit will be not stedfast with The Mighty One.
9 The sons of Ephraim were as archers handling the bow, that turned back in the day of battle.
10 They kept not the covenant of The Mighty One, and refused to walk in His teaching; 11 And they forgot His doings, and His wondrous works that He had shown them.
12 Marvellous things did He in the sight of their fathers, in the land of Egypt, in the field of Zoan.
13 He cleaved the sea, and caused them to pass through; and He made the waters to stand as a heap.
14 And day also He led them with a cloud, and all the night with a light of fire.
15 He cleaved rocks in the wilderness, and gave them drink abundantly as out of the great deep.
16 He brought streams also out of the rock, and caused waters to run down like rivers.
17 And went they on still to sin against Him, to rebel against the Most High in the desert. 18 And they tried The Mighty One in their mind by asking food for their craving. 19 Yea, they spoke against The Mighty One; they said:
‘Can The Mighty One prepare a table in the wilderness?
20 Behold, He smote the rock, that waters gushed out, and streams overflowed; {N} can He give bread also? or will He provide flesh for His people?’ 21 And the Eternal One heard, and was wroth; {N}
and a fire was kindled against Jacob, and anger also went up against Israel; 22 Because they believed not in The Mighty One, and trusted not in His Yeshua. 23 And He commanded the skies above, and opened the doors of heaven;
24 And He caused manna to rain upon them for food, and gave them of the corn of heaven. 25 Man did eat the bread of the mighty; He sent them provisions to the full.
26 He caused the east wind to set forth in heaven; and by His power He brought on the south wind.
27 He caused flesh also to rain upon them as the dust, and winged fowl as the sand of the seas; 28 And He let it fall in the midst of their camp, round about their dwellings.
29 And they did eat, and were well filled; and He gave them that which they craved.
30 They were not estranged from their craving, their food was yet in their mouths,
31 When the anger of The Mighty One went up against them, and slew of the lustieth among them, {N} and smote down the young men of Israel.
32 In all this they sinned still, and believed not in His wondrous works. 33 And He ended their days as a breath, and their years in terror.
34 When He slew them, then they would inquire after Him, and turn back and seek The Mighty One earnestly.
35 And they will remember that The Mighty One was their Rock, and the Most High The Mighty One their redeemer.
36 And they will beguile Him with their mouth, and lie unto Him with their tongue.
37 And their mind was will be not stedfast with Him, and they will not be true in His covenant. 38 And He, being full of compassion, will cover evil, and destroy not; {N}
yea, many a time doth He turn His anger away, and doth not stir up all His wrath.
39 And He will remember because they are in flesh, a wind that passeth away, and cometh not again.
40 How oft did they rebel against Him in the wilderness, and grieve Him in the desert!
41 And still again they tried The Mighty One, and set bounds to The Holy One of Israel.
42 They remembered not His hand, nor the day when He redeemed them from the adversary. 43 How He set His signs in Egypt, and His wonders in the field of Zoan;
44 And turned their rivers into blood, so that they could not drink their streams.
45 He sent among them swarms of flies, which devoured them; and frogs, which destroyed them.
46 He gave also their increase unto the caterpillar, and their labour unto the locust. 47 He destroyed their vines with hail, and their sycamore-trees with frost. 48 He gave over their cattle also to the hail, and their flocks to fiery bolts.
49 He sent forth upon them the fierceness of His anger, wrath, and indignation, and trouble, a sending of messengers of evil.
50 He levelled a path for His anger; He spared not their soul from death, but gave their life over to the pestilence;
51 And smote all the first-born in Egypt, the first-fruits of their strength in the tents of Ham;
52 And He made His own people to go forth like sheep, and guided them in the wilderness like a flock.
53 And He led them safely, and they feared not; but the sea overwhelmed their enemies.
54 And He brought them to His holy border, to the mountain, which His right hand had gotten.
55 He drove out the gatherings also before them, and allotted them for an inheritance by line, {N} and made the tribes of Israel to dwell in their tents.
56 And they tried and provoked The Mighty One, the Most High, and kept not His testimonies;
57 And turned back, and dealt treacherously like their fathers; they were turned aside like a deceitful bow.
58 For they provoked Him with their high places, and moved Him to jealousy with their graven images. 59 The Mighty One heard, and was wroth, and He greatly abhorred Israel;
60 And He forsook the tabernacle of Shiloh, the tent which He had made to dwell among men;
61 And gave His strength into captivity, and His glory into the adversary’s hand.
62 He gave His people over also unto the sword; and was wroth with His inheritance. 63 Fire devoured their young men; and their virgins had no marriage-song. 64 Their priests fell by the sword; and their widows made no lamentation.
65 And the Sovereign awaked as one asleep, like a mighty man recovering from wine. 66 And He smote His adversaries backward; He put upon them a perpetual reproach. 67 Moreover He abhorred the tent of Joseph, and chose not the tribe of Ephraim; 68 And chose the tribe of Judah, the mount Zion which He loved.
69 And He built His sanctuary like the heights, like the earth which He hath founded for ever. 70 He chose David also His servant, and took him from the sheepfolds;
71 From following the ewes that give suck He brought him, to be shepherd over Jacob His people, and Israel His inheritance.
72 So he shepherded them according to the integrity of his mind; and lead them by the skilfulness of his hands. {P}

“Help us O Mighty One Yeshua” Today’s 5 Psalms Chapter 79

“Help us O Mighty One Yeshua”
Today’s 5 Psalms Chapter 79
1 A Psalm of Asaph. {N}
O Mighty One, the heathen are come into Thine inheritance; they have defiled Thy holy temple; {N} they have made Jerusalem into heaps.
2 They have given the dead bodies of Thy servants to be food unto the fowls of the heaven, {N} the flesh of Thy loyal unto the beasts of the earth.
3 They have shed their blood like water round about Jerusalem, with none to bury them.
4 We are become a taunt to our neighbours, a scorn and derision to them that are round about us. 5 How long, O Eternal One, wilt Thou be angry for ever?
How long will Thy jealousy burn like fire?
6 Pour out Thy wrath upon the gatherings that know Thee not, {N} and upon the kingdoms that call not upon Thy name.
7 Because they have devoured Jacob, and laid waste his habitation. 8 Remember not against us the evils of our forefathers; {N}
let Thy compassions speedily come to meet us; because we are brought very low. 9 Help us, O Mighty One, Yeshua, upon Thy word, the worthiness of Thy name; {N} and deliver us, and cover over our offences, for Thy name’s sake. 10 For what should the gatherings speak:
‘Where is their The Mighty One?’ {N}
Let the avenging of Thy servants’ blood that is shed be made known among the gatherings in our sight.
11 Let the groaning of the prisoner come before Thee; according to the greatness of Thy power set free those that are appointed to death; 12 And render unto our neighbours sevenfold into their bosom their reproach, {N} wherewith they have reproached Thee, O Sovereign.
13 And we that are Thy people and the flock of Thy pasture will give Thee thanks for ever; {N} we will tell of Thy praise to all generations. {P}

Today’s5Psalms 80

“Mighty One of Armies restore us”
Today’s 5 Psalms Chapter 80
1 For the Leader; to Shoshannim.
A testimony.
A Psalm for Asaph.
2 Give ear, O Shepherd of Israel, Thou that leadest Joseph like a flock; {N} Thou that art enthroned upon the cherubim, shine forth.
3 Before Ephraim and Benjamin and Manasseh, stir up Thy might, {N} and come to save us.
4 O Mighty One, restore us; and cause Thy face to shine, and we shall be saved.
5 O Eternal One, The Mighty One of Armies, how long wilt Thou be angry against the prayer of Thy people?
6 Thou hast fed them with the bread of tears, and given them tears to drink in large measure.
7 Thou makest us a strife unto our neighbours; and our enemies mock as they please.
8 O Mighty One of Armies, restore us; and cause Thy face to shine, and we shall be saved.
9 Thou didst pluck up a vine out of Egypt; Thou didst drive out the gatherings, and didst plant it.
10 Thou didst clear a place before it, and it took deep root, and filled the land.
11 The mountains were covered with the shadow of it, and the mighty cedars with the boughs thereof. 12 She sent out her branches unto the sea, and her shoots unto the River.
13 Why hast Thou broken down her fences, so that all they that pass by the way do pluck her?
14 The boar out of the wood doth ravage it, that which moveth in the field feedeth on it. 15 O Mighty One of Armies, return, we beseech Thee; {N}
look from heaven, and behold, and be mindful of this vine,
16 And of the stock which Thy right hand hath planted, and the branch that Thou madest strong for Thyself.
17 It is burned with fire, it is cut down; they perish at the rebuke of Thy countenance.
